Most of our financial planners began their careers inside the Hanmoore team — in research, strategy and client service — before ever giving advice.

It’s deliberate. By the time one of our planners sits across the table from you, they’ve spent years learning how Hanmoore plans are built, tested and delivered. The team model isn’t something we adopted. It’s where our advisers come from.

Mathew Gale

I have 25 years experience in the financial services industry, joining Hanmoore in 1997 and becoming a director in 2001.

I hold a Bachelor of Business in Economics and Marketing and have completed a Diploma of Financial Planning.

My focus is the continual improvement of Hanmoore, ensuring we meet client expectations and the delivery of the highest level of advice across a wide range of services.

Susan Sawan

I joined Hanmoore in 2019 after completing my Bachelor of Business (Financial Planning and Management) at Latrobe University.

I work closely with our team to ensure clients' expectations and needs are met, with a focus on the provision of ongoing services to our clients.

I joined Hanmoore in 2020 after completing my Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma of Financial Planning.

I assist our advisers in preparing and implementing client strategies across a wide range of services.
